My filter blocks the video - what do I do?

If your filter provider cannot open the required links, contact us. We can issue a refund or store credit. If you prefer, we can also extend your access if you later get the filter opened.

What if my filter cannot be opened?

Protected uses Bunny; legacy uses CloudFront.

Protected streaming uses Bunny (iframe.mediadelivery.net). Older legacy streaming uses CloudFront (dfjp7gc2z6ooe.cloudfront.net). If you are not sure which your order uses, share the order number and we will confirm and guide you.

How do I know if my title is protected or legacy?

Buffering usually points to internet speed or congestion. Try these steps: refresh the page, close other heavy apps, switch to another browser, clear cache and cookies, restart your router, or use a wired connection.

If audio and video get out of sync, refresh the page or try a different browser. If the issue persists, tell us the title and your device and browser so we can investigate.
