Music purchases can be downloaded from the email link after purchase or anytime from Your Library in your account. You can also save directly to Dropbox. Files are standard formats such as ZIP and MP3.

Where can I find my music downloads?

Some older titles do not include a booklet.

Most digital albums include a PDF booklet, but some older titles do not. The product page indicates when a PDF is included. Tell us the title and we will check.

Why is there no PDF booklet in my download?

Many products include both physical and digital, and we indicate that on the product page. If it is not listed, digital is not included. Tell us the title and we will confirm.

If I buy a CD, do I get MP3s too?

Download the MP3 files and import them into iTunes, Apple Music, Windows Media Player, or any standard MP3 player.

How do I load songs into iTunes or a player?

Our USBs play in most cars, PCs, and USB speakers. Some newer cars only have USB-C; in that case a small USB-A to USB-C adapter usually solves it.

My USB does not play in my car

If the USB contains VOB files, it works with most DVD players. If it contains MP4 files, it only works on newer DVD players that support MP4. You can check file type by plugging the USB into a computer.
