What if something arrives damaged?
If any part of your Playjector kit appears damaged on arrival, please contact support immediately and send photos within 2 hours of delivery. This helps us document the issue and ensure you are not held responsible for pre-existing damage.
What if I lose an accessory?
Lost accessories such as the remote, stand, power adapter, or case may incur replacement fees unless you purchased Protection. A replacement fee chart is available upon request.
What if the projector itself is lost or stolen?
The renter is responsible for the full replacement value of the Playjector if it is lost or stolen during the rental period. Protection may reduce or waive certain costs depending on the situation and terms.
