How do I return the Playjector?

1. Place the projector, remote, power adapter, and stand back into the carrying case.
2. Wrap the device using the same bubble wrap that came in the box.
3. Put everything back into the original shipping box.
4. Seal the box using the included round return sticker.
5. Attach the prepaid return shipping label.
6. Drop the box off at any UPS location (or as specified on the label).

Do I need to keep and use the original box?

Yes. The Playjector should be returned in the original box with the provided packaging. This helps prevent damage in transit and keeps the return process simple.

What if I lose the box or packaging?

If the box or internal packaging is lost, please contact support. Replacement packaging or additional instructions may be required, and fees could apply if the device is not safely packed.

Can I extend my rental instead of returning on the due date?

In many cases, yes—especially if the device is not already booked for another renter. Please contact us before your due date to request an extension.
